Dual Meet Guidelines:

1.  Meet Entries from Easy TEAM Manager emailed to host team BY NOON of the meet day.

2. Host team will import entries from both teams, seed the meet and choose COLLAPSE heats.

3.  Preview the complete heat sheet on the screen and click the ENVELOPE ICON to save as a PDF file. Email the PDF file back to the visiting team immediately so that they may check for errors.

4.  Host team then prints lane cards for BOTH teams.  Girls PINK, boys BLUE using the 2 across and 2 down format on the heat sheet page. Cut to make slips and arrange by event, heat lane to make stacks for each lane. Use slightly heavier paper stock if possible for the cards and a paper cutter might be useful.

5.  Print heat sheets as needed for running the meet (clerk or course, officials...)

6.  BACKUP your meet to a flash drive for safe keeping!
